Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Location: We ship to all regions within Kenya. International shipping is currently not available.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs: We offer various shipping methods to suit your needs:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 1 Hour 30 Mins of a business days, for Customers within Nairobi. Cost KSh. 300.
• Express Shipping: For Clients outside Nairobi but within the country (Kenya). Delivery is within 12 Hours of a business days. Cost: KES. 1,000.
• Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12 PM within Nairobi. Cost: KES. 1,000.
• FOR CLIENTS OUTSIDE NAIROBI: We will only deliver after Full Payment of the Product.

3. Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 2 hours of business days. Orders placed on Sundays on the next business day (Monday).

4. Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a call from our logistics team. They will be updating about the shipping.

5. Shipping Delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays immediately.
