Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns - To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Mido Tablets and other products with no local warranty are not eligibal for return.
2. Return Period - You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
3. Non-Returnable Items - Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Items on sale or clearance
4. Return Process - To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 0719 889 659 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
5. Refunds - Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
6. Exchanges - We only replace items within 24 hours of purchase if they are physically defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team.
7. Return Shipping Costs - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
