Design:
The Poco F8 Pro measures 157.5 x 75.3 x 8mm and weighs a light 199g. It uses a Gorilla Glass 7i front, an aluminium frame, and a glass back. It carries IP68 dust and water resistance, rated for immersion up to 1.5 metres for 30 minutes. Available in Titanium Silver, Blue, and Black.
Display:
The 6.59-inch AMOLED runs at 120Hz with 2,000 nits in high brightness mode and 3,500 nits peak, plus 2560Hz PWM dimming, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+. Resolution is 1156 x 2510 (19.5:9) at roughly 419 ppi, with an 89.8% screen-to-body ratio. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
Camera:
The rear system is a triple array: a 50MP wide with f/1.9, a large 1/1.55-inch sensor, multi-directional PDAF, and OIS; a 50MP telephoto with 2.5x optical zoom; and an 8MP 120-degree ultrawide. A colour spectrum sensor aids white balance. Video reaches 8K at 30fps, 4K at 30/60fps, and slow motion up to 960fps at 1080p, with HDR10+ and gyro-EIS. The 20MP front camera shoots 1080p at 30/60fps.
Performance:
The Snapdragon 8 Elite (3nm) pairs two Oryon V2 Phoenix L cores at 4.32GHz with six Phoenix M cores at 3.53GHz, alongside the Adreno 830 GPU. Both configurations pair 12GB RAM with either 256GB or 512GB of fast UFS 4.1 storage. It runs Android 16 with HyperOS 3.
Connectivity:
Connectivity includes 5G, Wi-Fi 7 (dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct), Bluetooth 5.4 with aptX HD, aptX Adaptive, LHDC 5.0, and Auracast, an infrared blaster, and USB-C with OTG. Positioning covers GPS (L1+L5), BeiDou, Galileo, QZSS, NavIC, and GLONASS. NFC is included as standard. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack and no FM radio.
Battery and Charging:
The 6,210mAh battery supports 100W wired charging (100% in 37 minutes) with PD3.0, QC3+, and 100W PPS, plus 22.5W reverse wired charging. Note there is no wireless charging on the F8 Pro. Confirm whether the 100W charger is included in the box at purchase.
