UGREEN 65W UNO RG GaN Fast Charging Adapter (Model CD361) in Kenya

The UGREEN 65W UNO RG GaN Fast Charging Adapter price in Kenya is KES 4,500. The UNO RG is UGREEN's creative-series GaN charger, combining a practical 3-port fast charging platform with a distinctive animated LED robot face display that changes expressions in real time based on charging status. It delivers 65W maximum output through a single USB-C port, enough to fast charge a MacBook Air M2 to 51% in 30 minutes, alongside a 30W second USB-C port and a 22.5W USB-A port, all in a body approximately the size of an AirPods Pro case.

Built on GaN semiconductor technology for greater efficiency and less heat than silicon chargers of comparable power, the UNO RG supports PD, QC, PPS, and multiple fast charging protocols for broad compatibility across phones, tablets, and laptops. Cables are not included. This Ugreen UNO RG GaN Fast Charging Adapter is available with a 1-year warranty exclusively at Smartphones Planet Kenya.

Port Power Outputs:

  • USB-C1 at the top (65W): Maximum single-port output for laptops, MacBooks, iPads, and fast phone charging. 20V/2.25A at full output.
  • USB-C2 at the Bottom (30W): This is for smartphones, tablets, and earbuds. Supports PD, PPS, QC. 9V/2.1A or 12V/1.5A.
  • USB-A (22.5W): This is for older devices with USB-A cables. Supports QC and multiple fast-charge protocols. 12V/1.5A.

The total output across all three ports combined is 65W. When all three ports are in use simultaneously, the charger intelligently distributes power across the connected devices. The maximum output on USB-C1 reduces when additional ports are active. For the full 65W output on a single device, connect to USB-C1 only. Cables are not included in the box.

Key Features

  • 65W GaN charging replaces three separate chargers with one compact unit
  • Animated LED robot face that reacts to charging status in real time
  • Three simultaneous ports with intelligent power distribution
  • Universal 100-240V input for travel across Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Tanzania, and internationally
  • Comprehensive safety protection built into the GaN circuit: The UNO RG includes overvoltage protection to prevent excessive voltage from damaging connected devices, overcurrent protection to limit the current draw beyond safe levels, overheating protection that reduces output or shuts down if the internal temperature rises above safe limits, and short circuit protection that cuts power immediately if a fault is detected in a connected cable or device.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Can the UNO RG charge a MacBook and a phone at the same time? Yes. Connect the MacBook to USB-C1 and the phone to USB-C2. When both ports are in use simultaneously, the smart chip distributes the 65W total output between them. The MacBook will receive a reduced wattage compared to the full 65W single-port maximum, which may slow the laptop charging slightly, while the phone charges at a fast charging rate on USB-C2 up to 30W. For the fastest possible MacBook charging, use USB-C1 alone without other ports active.
  • Does this charger work with Kenyan power sockets (240V)? Yes. The UNO RG has a universal 100-240V input that works directly with Kenya's standard 240V mains power with no voltage converter required. The physical plug type depends on the variant stocked at Smartphones Planet Kenya. Confirm at purchase whether the unit has a UK-style plug (Type G, standard in Kenya) or requires a plug adapter.
  • Is a charging cable included? No. The UNO RG comes without cables. You will need your own USB-C to USB-C cable for USB-C ports and a USB-A to USB-C or USB-A cable for the USB-A port depending on your device. Cables are available separately at Smartphones Planet Kenya.
  • Will it fast charge my Samsung Galaxy, Vivo, or Oppo phone? Yes. The UNO RG supports PD, PPS, QC, AFC, FCP, SCP, PE, and SFCP fast-charging protocols. Samsung Super Fast Charging uses PPS and is supported on USB-C. Oppo and Vivo phones supporting PD or PPS will fast charge on USB-C. For the fastest possible charging on phones that support higher wattage, such as 100W SuperVOOC or 90W FlashCharge, the UNO RG will deliver fast charging up to 30W on USB-C, not the phone's maximum wattage. The phone will still fast charge noticeably more than a standard 5W charger.
  • What does the LED robot face display actually show? The LED face on the front of the UNO RG displays different animated expressions based on the real-time charging status. When no device is connected, the face shows a neutral expression. When a device connects and begins charging, the face changes to an active expression. When a device finishes charging, the expression changes again. The display is a fun functional indicator rather than a technical readout, confirming at a glance that the charger is working and devices are receiving power without needing to look at the device being charged.
