Performance
Built for speed, which is OnePlus's signature. The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (3nm) is a top-tier chip, so the most demanding games, heavy multitasking, and camera processing are effortless, with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB of fast UFS 4.1 storage. The 6.78-inch AMOLED runs at a fast 165Hz, beyond the usual 120Hz, for exceptionally smooth gaming and scrolling, with Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and 1800 nits in high brightness for good outdoor visibility. Clean OxygenOS keeps it feeling fast.
The Cameras
A versatile triple 50MP system. The 50MP main has OIS for detailed, low-light-capable shots, joined by a 50MP periscope telephoto with 3.5x optical zoom and OIS for sharp long-range and portrait shots, and a 50MP ultrawide for wide scenes. All three being 50MP means quality holds up across focal lengths. Laser focus, a colour spectrum sensor, and LUT preview support serious shooting, and video goes up to 8K30 with Dolby Vision. A 32MP autofocus selfie handles the front.
Battery and Charging
A large 7300mAh silicon-carbon battery comfortably lasts well beyond a full day, and charging is genuinely fast: 120W wired reaches 50% in about 15 minutes and full in around 40, plus 50W wireless, reverse charging, and bypass charging (runs the phone from the charger during gaming to cut heat and battery wear). It's one of the best endurance-plus-charging combinations at this price.
Durability and the Rest
The OnePlus 15 is well built and equipped: IP68/IP69K for dust, immersion to 2m, and high-pressure water jets, an ultrasonic under-display fingerprint reader, and a UAV-grade gyro. Connectivity is complete, 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0 with LHDC 5, NFC, an IR blaster, USB-C 3.2, and excellent multi-band GPS with NavIC. It runs OxygenOS 16 on Android 16.
